Is Aloe the perfect skin treatment?

We are bombarded by the adverts by various make up and skincare companies trying to sell us numerous often expensive products to help as get perfect skin. From pore minimizers and wrinkle reducers and fillers to refining serums, chemical face peel, and skin colour eveners, there is plenty of choice of skincare products to purchase, each one aiming to outdo the other.
Having a problematic skin, I have tried different products, from cheap to very expensive. I felt that I needed something to help me against blemishes, something to reduce the size of my pores and even out my skin tone as well as make my skin look more taut and healthy looking. Some products I tried helped a little, some did more damage than good. I was tired of putting tons of different products on my face with limited results and I was ready to give up, until I was recommended to try natural aloe vera gel.
The aloe vera gel can be bought from any chemist and it costs about £5 for a big tube, so nothing that would break anybody’s budget. From the first use I have noticed the difference – my blemishes virtually disappeared, with redness and puffiness reduced, my pores looked smaller, my skin colour looked more even and my skin looked healthier overall. I was recommended to apply the gel regularly throughout the day and with each application I was more and more impressed. If beforehand I had to wear a lot of make up to create an illusion of perfect skin, after using aloe vera gel I could go out with bare skin and look fabulous. I have applying aloe vera over the top of my moisturiser every day and night and I have been complimented on my skin by strangers since then, something that never would have happened before.
